Housecall pc scan service from trendmicro

Somebody recommended this service to me:

It scans your pc remotely, it will work best if you run it through Internet Explorer [because it uses Active-X], which normally I wouldn't rrecommend, but in this case it might be worth it if you have a serious virus infection and need to get it taken care of right away.

There is also a web based scan available I believe, but it will take a lot longer.

I'll look more into this product and see if it's as good as claimed, but for now it seems like it might be worth checking out for some users as a first step to cleaning up their computer..
