well, this didn't take someone very long. the first versions of a patch to run os x on standard intels is out.

I can't say I'm surprised to be honest, I expected to see something like this very soon after os x was ported to intel chips. And now the first working method is already out.

Personally, I wouldn't mind being able to boot into os x too on my box, I'd love it for testing purposes, but it does kind of prove that an Apple may not be an apple for that much longer, it will just be another unix based gui manager, albeit a very good one.

We'll see how this story pans out.
