E-SIGN When is it needed when is it not

Just curious to see if anyone has any idea on the appropriate implimentation of the E-SIGN act of 2000. Maybe someone who has dealt with this in the past or currently.

From what i kinda gather it should be implimented whenever there is some form of electronic sig needed?

Basicly i have a site im working on that im not exactly sure on, its commerce to a point of selling an online subscription.

thought somebody might have dealt with this one before, but it looks like nobody has.

I've never used that, but I've never needed to do digital signatures either.

ya guess it isnt as big a concern as i was thinking or it is just something that people do not concider
